We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we are here to help.
- Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale items and unstitched fabric that has been cut can only be exchanged if faulty.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it free of charge.
